Most of what goes wrong on the morning of a puja is small and avoidable: one item short, the wrong quantity, something bought that was already in the house.
The trust exists to remove that problem — with lists that are accurate, samagri that is complete, and someone at the end of a phone who knows the answer.

The trust's aim is that its lists become the ones people reach for — printed, sent on WhatsApp, pinned inside a cupboard door — and that the samagri to match them is never more than a phone call away.
