What the trust stores when you send an enquiry, and how to have it removed.

What the trust does with your details
When you send an enquiry through this site, the trust stores the name, phone number, email address, city and message you type, together with your IP address and the date. That is all.
Why it is kept
So that someone can call you back about your enquiry, and so the trust can tell a real enquiry from an automated one.
Who sees it
Only the people who run the trust. Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else for marketing.
How long it is kept
[VERIFY] State the retention period the trust wants to commit to — for example, enquiries are deleted after two years.
Removing your details
Call or email the trust and ask. Your enquiry will be deleted.
Cookies
The public pages of this site set no cookies of their own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address.
